Shipping Policy

We ship to anywhere in the US, including US territories.

We do offer international shipping. Keep in mind that your country may hold your package for customs inspection. You may also be responsible for import taxes and duties.

Orders over $99 ship free with code FREESHIP.

Orders under $99 will see a different rate at checkout depending on your destination.

For domestic shipping, you can choose to ship via USPS Ground Advantage Mail or Priority Mail.

For international shipping, we offer USPS Ground Advantage International Mail.

Because we freshly stone mill our Matcha in small batches, we ship orders every Monday. Please note our weekly cutoff time is 11:59 pm ET every Sunday. Orders placed on Monday will be included in the following Monday's shipment.

We appreciate your patience as our stone milling process ensures the freshest Matcha—it'll be worth the wait!

Unfortunately, once your order leaves our mill, we do not have control over USPS and can provide no further information beyond what tracking shows.

Estimated times for USPS domestic shipping are:

• USPS Ground Advantage Mail: 2-5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS does not provide a time frame for international mail.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order gets shipped.
