Shipping Policy

Answers to our most frequently asked questions about shipping.

  • We ship to anywhere in the US, including US territories.

    We do offer international shipping. Keep in mind that your country may hold your package for customs inspection. You may also be responsible for import taxes and duties.

  • Orders over $100 ship free with code FREESHIP.

    Orders under $100 will see a different rate at checkout depending on your destination.

    For domestic shipping, you can choose to ship via USPS Ground Advantage Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

    For international shipping, we offer UPS Worldwide Economy.

  • We process orders within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is ready to go.

    Because we stone-mill our Matcha in small batches, sometimes there might be delays in milling, especially during holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience as our stone milling process ensures the freshest Matcha—it'll be worth the wait!

  • Unfortunately, once your order leaves our mill, we do not have control over the shipping carrier and can provide no further information beyond what tracking shows.

    Estimated times for USPS domestic shipping are:

    • USPS Ground Advantage Mail: 2-5 business days

    • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

    USPS does not provide a time frame for international mail.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order gets shipped.

    Please check your Spam folder. If you still did not receive this email, contact us at hello@ooika.co.

  • Before anything else, please check the following:

    • Look around all possible delivery spots at your address. Carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected places.

    • Check with other people at your address or nearby neighbors to see if someone picked it up for you.

    • Delivery notifications aren’t always perfectly timed. A package may show as “delivered” up to 24 hours before it actually arrives.

    USPS Orders

    • Your local post office is the best place to start when tracking a missing package.

    • If it has been more than 24 hours since the package was marked as “delivered,” you can submit a USPS service request.

      • This is sent to your local post office by email.

      • You’ll receive a confirmation number and should hear back within 2–3 business days.

    • You can also call USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.

    UPS Orders

    • Packages that don’t require a signature may be left in a safe location chosen by the driver.

    • Drivers may place your package in a plastic bag to protect it from weather.

    • If you still can’t find your package, please contact us, and we can start a trace with UPS.

    Important Note:
    Ooika is not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers once they are marked as delivered to your shipping address. In some cases, Ooika may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. If a refund is issued, it will be returned to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
